Alcaraz Dethrones Djokovic to Win Wimbledon
Young Spaniard Claims First Grand Slam Title
Carlos Alcaraz has stunned the tennis world by defeating Novak Djokovic in straight sets to win the Wimbledon men's singles title.
The 19-year-old Spaniard played with incredible poise and power, dominating Djokovic from the start. He broke Djokovic's serve early in each set and never looked back, winning 6-2, 6-2, 7-6, 7-4.
The victory marks Alcaraz's first Grand Slam title and makes him the youngest men's Wimbledon champion since Boris Becker in 1985. It also ends Djokovic's four-year reign at the tournament and denies him the opportunity to tie Roger Federer for the all-time record of 20 Grand Slam singles titles.
